We have established a Patient Participation Group (PPG) to encourage patients to give their views about how the practice is performing. We may also, on occasions, seek the group’s views and feedback on initiatives or wider plans. The principle roles of a PPG include:
- being a critical friend to the practice
- advising the practice on the patient perspective and providing insight into the responsiveness and quality of services
- ongoing communication with the patient population
We would like the PPG to be as representative of the patient population as possible and if you wish to become involved.
Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
To join:
- fill out a join our Patient Participation Group form
- return a completed sign up for out PPG form (PDF) to the surgery
We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
If you would like to understand more about the PPG please ask to speak with the practice manager.
