Phlebotomists

We have several phlebotomists on the clinical staff. They do not all work every day:

Phlebotomists take blood samples at both sites every week. They are the only clinicians who can take blood samples for warfarin testing. If our own phlebotomists are not available, blood can also be taken at The Edward Jenner Clinic at Gloucester Royal Hospital. The provision of the service at The Edward Jenner Clinic is currently under review.
