Appointments

Please note that due to a technical problem with our clinical software supplier we are currently not sending text reminders for appointments. We hope that this will be resolved soon.

Routine Appointments

To make an appointment, please visit our Consulting Room. Appointments are normally for 10 minutes.

A limited number of extended hours (after 18:30) appointments are available with our GPs and nurses from Monday to Friday.

You can also now register for our online appointment booking facility. To register for this facility, please complete the registration form online or collect them from reception. It is important to note that email addresses can only be registered for an individual; a family or group of people cannot have the same email address. Some patients are booking online appointments inappropriately to see a nurse when they should be booking to see a GP. Please take care in selecting who you wish to see.

Improved access appointments

These appointments can be booked through our Consulting Room or by contacting reception as usual.

We are a member of the North South Gloucester Primary Care Network (NSG PCN) and may also be able to offer some improved access appointments with either our own GPs or other GPs from surgeries within the NSG PCN (Longlevens, Churchdown, Hucclecote and Brockworth. These appointments will generally be available between 18:30 and 20:00 hours, Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings.

For more information, please see our Improved Access page.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Telephone Advice

NHS 111 has staff who are able to provide advice concerning most health matters. We can also signpost you to other care providers, if you do not think that an appointment or visit is necessary.

Our doctors have two pre-bookable five minute telephone appointments daily. Our extended hours appointments can also include telephone calls.
