Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS: register with a GP surgery – The Alney Practice service
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
We aim to process registrations submitted online as soon as possible and will only contact you if there is a problem with your registration.
We also have paper versions of the registration form available at our reception desks.
